Requirements to candidates:
- 3–5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications or employer brand.
- Strong writing and editing skills (Ukrainian mandatory; English – upper-intermediate or higher).
- Experience in organizing internal engagement activities and corporate events.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Proactive mindset and strong ownership attitude.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration (HR, Marketing, Production, Leadership).
- Understanding of corporate culture development and employee engagement principles.
- Resilience and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal communication plans aligned with business priorities.
- Create and distribute internal content (newsletters, announcements, articles, video scripts, intranet posts).
- Support Town Halls, leadership communications and strategic updates.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives (corporate events, social initiatives, volunteer activities).
- Support internal communication of product launches and business updates.
- Coordinate internal communication channels (email, intranet, bots, posters, QR, etc.).
- Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve communication effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent implementation of corporate values and brand messages internally.
Specific knowledge and skills required:
- Excellent storytelling and content structuring skills.
- Basic understanding of employer branding and change communication.
- Experience with digital communication tools (SharePoint, Outlook campaigns, bots, basic design tools).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to measure communication impact (qualitative indicators, engagement logic).
