We invite a Manager of humanitarian projects to join our team.

Your duties will be:

  • Project management in accordance with grant agreements:

Adherence to the plan of activities specified in the Description of Action to grant agreements.

Achievement of KPI indicators defined in the grant agreement.

Ensuring compliance of the performed tasks with the requirements of the donor.

  • Organization and coordination of activities:

Planning and conducting activities within the project.

Organization of events, meetings, workshops, trainings and other activities envisaged by the project.

Conducting meetings and correspondence in English.

Ensuring effective communication with all participants and international partnerswe project.

  • Working with budget and reporting:

Control of the use of funds in accordance with the approved budget.

Preparation of financial and descriptive reports for the donor.< /p>

Maintenance of documentation that meets the requirements of the project and the donor.

  • Coordination of communication activities:

Working with the communications team to cover project progress.

Control of the implementation of the communication strategy provided for in the grant agreement.


You are our ideal candidate if you have:

  • 3+ years of project management experience;

  • experience in managing grant projects (will be an advantage);

  • knowledge of the English language at the C1 level;

  • responsibility and willingness to take leadership;

  • skills to dive and notice details;

  • ability to effectively interact with people, taking into account their emotions and needs;

  • ability to clearly and confidently express thoughts, establish interaction with different audiences;

  • organizational abilities and the ability to plan and structure work for adultsgoals;
