Manager of HR analytics (junior)
1. Our candidate:
- Type of thinking: Mathematical, algorithmic. A person who first builds a structure in his head, and then acts.
- Education: Priority —graduates of technical or economic universities (Applied mathematics, Cybernetics, Economic analytics, Finance).
- Drive:Interest in technology and automation (Geek-culture). The desire to "hack" the system so that it works by itself.
2. Experience: You may have worked as a junior analyst in finance, logistics or C&B. The main thing is experience with numbers and processes.
- Hobbies: Interested in IT trends, AI, automation (perhaps you have your own projects or automated something at a previous job "for yourself").
- Ready to consider the candidacy of a university graduate without work experience.
2. Basic requirements (which should already be):
- Excel/Google Sheets (Advanced):free to operate with arrays of data, pivot tables and formulas.
- Algorithmic thinking:Understanding if-then logic. The ability to break down a complex action into successive simple steps (decomposition).
- Data Driven:Habit to argue your point with numbers, not assumptions.
3. Potential for development (what we will teach):
- Job Analyst methodology:We will learn to calculate FTE, time standards and correction factors.
- HR-Tech and ERP:We will learn to conduct market reviews of systems, write technical specifications for programmers and accompany the implementation.
- Management reporting:We will learn how to build dashboards in Power BI / Tableau that reflect business performance.
4. What you will do:
- Analysis of the market and ERP systems.
- Collaboration with IT —writing tasks, control and monitoring of implementations.
- Work with dashboards — receive, analyze data in real time time to evaluate the success of this or that project.
- Collection, processing and verification of HR data regarding the number, turnover, sick leave, vacancies, adaptation, etc.
- Participation in the formation of regular HR reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Ensuring the quality of data in accounting systems.
- Support and updating HR directories (positions, departments, grades).
