Manager of grant projects in Barbaro

Communication agency BARBARO is looking for a manager of grant projects in the field of development of the city's digital infrastructure. p>

Expectations from candidates:

• Proficient in Ukrainian and English: ability to independently write high-quality grant/tender applications.
• Experience and skills in writing grant applications/fundraising or submitting applications to tenders will be a plus.
• Experience in attracting funds will be a plus.
• If there is no experience, we can organize the necessary courses.
• Understanding the principles of work of international donors, work experience with them.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team.
• Ability to formulate thoughts clearly and succinctly.
• Project management skills.
• Proactivity and persistence in achieving results.
• Attention to details.

Responsibilities:

• Writing grant and tender applications, preparation of accompanying documentation.
• Establishing cooperation with international organizations and other partners: generating ideas for possible projects, analyzing donor requirements and maintaining relationships.

• Conducting negotiations with donors, developing a strategy for attracting funds.
• Monitoring of grant competitions and tenders.
• Interaction with project teams when preparing reports.

• Full office format, office near Olimpiyska metro station;
• Work schedule: full time, Mon - Friday, 8 working hours from 9 or 10 a.m. at your choice, paid vacation and sick leave;
• Salary from UAH 30,000 per month (depends on your experience and skills);
