Manager of foreign trade (foreign economic activity) in Omega Brokers, PP

Modern Ukrainian Private Enterprise "Omega-Brokes" is looking for a new talented employee, for the position of manager of logistics of foreign economic activity.

Duties include:< /p>

• Organization of international transportation by car, container, air;
• Placement and control of orders for raw materials, equipment and finished products;
• Control of payments to suppliers;
• Availability of original documents from suppliers and carriers in accounting;
• < span> Reconciliation with suppliers and carriers;
• Formation of international contracts, before submitting them to the legal department;
• Knowledge and maintaining documentation for customs clearance of cargo;
• Controlling transportation from the moment of registration to arrival at the warehouse;
• Compilation of reservations for payments to suppliers ;
• Monitoring of transportation prices;
• Maintenance of documentation on payments to carriers, brokers
< /ul>

Requirements for the candidate:

• Knows the English language - the level of pre- intermediate;
• Has experience in international logistics in a similar position for at least 1 year;
• Knowledge and preparation of documentation required for container, car and air transportation;
• Experience with the SAP system;
• Advanced PC user;
• Knowledge of forecasting and planning principles in logistics;
• Knowledge of the basic rules of international transportation;
• Knowledge of the transport market, rules and standards of cargo transportation.
