Requirements:

• Experience: 2-5+ years of experience in web design.
• UX/UI design: Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• Tools: Professional knowledge of Figma (autolayout, variables, prototyping, etc.).
• Analysis and design: Ability to analyze product metrics and create a thoughtful user-flow.
• Communications: Excellent communication skills, ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Adaptation to platforms: Knowledge of design requirements for different platforms and devices (web, mobile, tablet).
• Graphic elements: Experience in creating graphic elements and presentations.

Preferred:

• Ability to work with developers: Experience in transferring design and working in cooperation with developers.
• Creativity and attention to details: Proactivity, ability to propose and implement effective solutions.
