events, collaborations, product launches, content.

It should strengthen distribution, brands, technologists and communities.
We need a person who will create movement around brands and turn activities into sales.
The main task
Build a system of events and partnerships that influence business:
- master classes for hairdressers
- presentations for partners
- business events
- launch events of new products
- closed business meetings
- trainings and events for managers and clients
- monetization of studio space through rental format and partner events
Events for us are a tool for relationship development and promotion.
What will be required do
1. Events
- Plan a calendar of events for commercial purposes
- Organize events with a clear pre-sale and post-sale logic
- Coordinate technologists, speakers, product preparation
- Control the budget and economy of events
- Monitor efficiency: leads, orders, repeat purchases
2. Collaborations
- Look for partnerships with companies, brands, influencers
- Launch joint event formats and special projects
- Build win-win collaborations that expand the audience and client base
3. Content integration
- Participate in content planning with technologists
- Organize shooting in the studio
- Ensure logic: event > content > sale
You not only plan, but also personally participate in the implementation: coordination of company divisions, preparation of necessary materials, control of details on site.
Here it is important to think systematically: each activity has or generate income or increase sales.
Who we are looking for
- Experience in sales / business development / organization of commercial events
- Understanding how an event turns into a sale
- Experience in finding partnerships or collaborations
- Ability to calculate the economy of activities
- High speed and initiative
