Art Director in King Grup

We are actively scaling and developing all product areas. The number of projects, brands and tasks is constantly growing, so we are looking for an Art Director who will take responsibility for the visual strategy and the formation of a high standard of creativity and implementation.

This is a role with real impact: from concept to final result, from branding to team development.

Main tasks

• Leadership in rebranding and redesigns of products and brands;

• Formation and development of brand books, design systems and visual guidelines;

• Development of complex creative concepts, ideas and visual approaches;

• Creation and implementation of key visuals for brands, products and marketing campaigns;

• Delegation of tasks to designers, implementation support and control result;

• Design review: quality control, compliance with the concept and business goals;

• Development of the design team: mentoring, feedback, strengthening expertise;

• Close cooperation with product, marketing and brand teams.

It is important for us

• Experience in Art positions Director / Design Lead / Head of Design;

• Strong portfolio with cases in branding, redesign and conceptual solutions;

• Deep understanding of visual identity, composition, typography, color;

• Ability to think strategically and conceptually, bring ideas to quality implementation;

• Management experience by the design team: setting tasks, review, development;

• Systematic, responsible, attention to details;

• Ability to argue design decisions and present ideas.

Experience in iGaming or digital agencies will be a plus, but not mandatory.
