We need:< /p>

• Organization of works at the object.
• Control: schedule, estimate, quality and scope of execution works, compliance with work technology, keeping work logs, compliance with safety measures and availability of permits, TMC.
• Maintenance and work with documentation.
• Interaction with the customer.
• Reporting.

We invite specialists who have:

• Professional education, preferably higher but not mandatory.
• A year of project management experience in any of the areas of VC, ETR, SCS, fire systems, video surveillance, TV and IP telephony.
• Knowledge of norms and requirements (DBN, SNIP, DSTU) regarding the direction of work.
• Ability to read design and technical documentation.
• Skills of project work: work and cost planning, organization of interaction and communication with the contractor and customer, documentation management, execution control, reporting.
• Knowledge at the level of a confident user computer programs: e-mail, Word, Excel).
• Own car and driver's license (reimbursement of fuel costs is provided).
• Personal qualities: manageability, personal discipline, sociability.
