Main responsibilities:

• Managing the operational activities of the company, ensuring the effective work of all departments, including the technical department, sales department, customer support and others.
• < strong>Interaction with clients and partners, development of long-term relationships, understanding of their needs and implementation of solutions that meet their requirements.
• Planning and control of the company's budget, management of financial indicators, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
• Managing a team of managers and technical specialists, ensuring the development of their professional skills, motivation and productivity.
• < strong>Preparation and reporting to the founders and investors of the company, achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of business management, information technology or related specialties.
• Experience in management positions in IT services or technology companies for at least 2 years.
