Manager of educational projects in Kyiv School of Economics

KSE Graduate Business School is a space for the development of a new generation of managers, entrepreneurs and innovators. We train leaders of change through international MBA programs, mentoring, world-class business education and a strong community.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to help implement the business school's educational programs, events and partnership initiatives at a high level.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• planning and implementation of the project;
• control over the fulfillment of the terms of the contracts;
• communication with training customers;
• writing reports on the results of project implementation;
• establishing long-term relationships with partners;
• supporting external communication within the program, communication and coordination with various departments;
• working with complaints, with conflicting issues in case of their occurrence;
• identification of areas for improvement and implementation of changes in the work process;
• creating contracts, acts of completed works and ensuring effective work with documents;
• ensuring the development and signing of contracts with project participants;
• fulfillment of other tasks related to quality implementation project.
  

What is important for this role:

• higher education;
• English language at B1+ level;
• experience as a project manager from 2 years;
• ability to work independently and take responsibility for the result;
• orientation on meeting deadlines and high quality of execution tasks;
• strong communication skills and the ability to build effective interaction with the team;
• ability to work in multitasking conditions;
• stress resistance and flexibility in changing conditions.
