We are looking for a Leading Specialist of the Affluent and Premium Products Sales Department (Project Manager) who is eager to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

We seek to find a goal-oriented professional who can work in a multi-tasking mode, focused on quality and results.

Main responsibilities:

• Develops, implements and supports various motivational programs (including marketing and advertising activities) aimed at emission or transactional activity of customers
• Provides technical support for programs, services, promotions and contests
• Analyzes customer needs and offers on the market for marketing activities
• Develops predictive models and performance calculations implementation of activities and programs

Main requirements:

• Higher education in the field of training "Management", "Economics", "Banking", "Marketing", "Finance" (additionally preferred IT training in the direction of building algorithms)
• 1+ year of work experience in a relevant field
• Knowledge of basic concepts of statistics, formation of conclusions, causes, consequences, management decisions and planning of necessary measures
• Understanding of basic types of marketing methods and channels of product promotion/engagement for different target audiences (practical experience is preferred) in the direction)
• Proficient in MS Office, Powerpoint, Excel (diagrams and typical analysis functions)
• Mandatory knowledge of the Ukrainian language (including business language)

• Knowledge of the English language
