Manager of decarbonization projects in Ukrnafta

Your main tasks will be:

• initiating, substantiation and support of decarbonization projects;
• accounting of sources of greenhouse gas emissions (CH, CO) at production facilities;
• organization of a technical audit of methane leaks;
• preparation of feasibility studies of organizational and technical solutions to reduce methane emissions (LDAR, projects to capture and reduce methane emissions, replacement of technologies, modernization etc.);
• implementation of emission monitoring and reporting systems (MFA, OGMP);
• coordinating plans for limiting greenhouse gas emissions with regulators and international donors;
• coordinating interaction between services during the implementation of decarbonization projects, monitoring deadlines and budgets.

We expect from you:

• higher education in the areas of: ecology, economics, energy, thermal energy, energy management, energy efficiency, automation of technological processes;
• 3 years of work experience;
• practical work experience in the field of decarbonization, extraction, transportation or processing of oil and gas, non-financial reporting, energy management and energy efficiency;
• knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of decarbonization, environmental protection and climate policy; requirements of regulatory documents regarding energy and environmental management systems; GHG Protocol; principles of MRV and OGMP;
• project management skills, analysis of large arrays of technical data, negotiations with state bodies and auditors, preparation of managerial and regulatoryreporting;
• experience in implementing management systems and passing audits of management systems for compliance with the requirements of the ISO series standards;
• English language at the B2 level;
• ordered documents, namely the existing military registration document according to current legislation, a passport (unexpired) and others.
