OlamAid is an international humanitarian organization headquartered in Berlin (Germany) that works with communities affected by crises and conflicts. In Ukraine, the organization implements projects in cooperation with local partners. The goal is to support vulnerable population groups and develop sustainable solutions in communities. Main tasks: Coordination of the full cycle of projects (planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting) agreements

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of international relations. Additional in the direction of international development, humanitarian projects, etc.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in humanitarian or infection areas
• Experience of working with partners and donors
• Understanding of the project cycle and budget control
• Strong communication skills and the skills to build long-term partnership relationships
• Fluent command of Ukrainian and English languages
• Willingness to travel around Ukraine and abroad (Germany)

Terms:

• Direct contract with the company for 1 year (with the possibility of extension)
• Full or part-time employment

About the Role

OlamAid is an international humanitarian organization headquartered in Berlin, Germany. OlamAid places particular emphasis on vulnerable groups and minorities. In Ukraine, the organization works in close cooperation with local partners, combining international expertise with strong local engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full project cycle (planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting)
• Monitor budgets in cooperation with the Finance Department
• Coordinate and supervise local partners and grant compliance
• Contribute to country strategy development and initiate new projects
• Build and maintain partnerships with donors, NGOs, and institutional stakeholders
• Ensure visibility and represent the organization in relevant forums

Requirements

• Degree in international development, humanitarian studies or related field
• Minimum 3 years of project coordination/management experience in humanitarian or development sector
• Experience working with implementing partners and donors
• Strong understanding of project management cycle and budgeting
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Fluencyin Ukrainian and English
• Willingness to travel within Ukraine and occasionally to Germany

Contract Details

• Contract directly with the company for 1 year (with the possibility of extension)
