The international service for booking charter and low-cost airline tickets invites a Customer Support Manager for the sale of airline tickets to the team.
The company operates in several European markets and interacts directly with airlines and tour operators.
! Work only in the office in the center of Kyiv.
Remote format is not considered.
Managers do not engage in cold sales - they work only with existing customers and their requests.
Main duties
processing of incoming requests (phone, chat, e-mail);
consulting customers on flights, luggage and of changes;
verification of orders in partner systems;
control of the correctness of passport and personal data;
registration of additional services;
communication with tour operators and airlines.
Systemic, operational work, completely by computer.
Requirements for candidate
basic English language (correspondence is mandatory);
confident PC user;
competent Ukrainian language;
attention and responsibility;
willingness to work more intensively during the season.
Work experience is not mandatory - we we teach.
Work schedule
Business is seasonal.
April–October: 9:00–19:00
November–March: 9:30–18:00
Once a month — floating weekend
(work on Saturday and Sunday with compensation for two days off in weekdays).
Salary
base rate — 25,000 UAH + bonuses
rate may be increased depending on experience and skills
total income may increase by 1.5-2 times depending on workload and work performed
expected annual bonus (13th payment) based on work results
Training
The first month is a training period with the support of senior managers and gradual involvement in work.
for this period, payment is 50% of the base rate
after completion of the training, transition to full-time rate
