Therefore, we are currently looking for an assistant technical specialist - a person who will help maintain the stable operation of the system.

What will be in the area of responsibility?

You will be responsible for the stable operation of the technical part of our products and processes.

• control of sales funnels and user paths;
• correct collection and transmission of analytical data;
• update of data in payment, user and mailing tables;
• technical support teams;
• implementation of technical improvements and automation.

What will be the tasks?

• monitor the operation of the site, chatbots, platform, payments and analytics;
• check sales funnels and the user’s path to payment;
• find and correct technical errors;
• check the correctness of analytics (UTM, events, tags);
• work with user and payment databases (Airtable, Pipe);
• set up and maintain funnels in Leeloo and ManyChat;
• form reports on payments, mailings and analytics;
• manage student access to the platform (materials, tests, certificates);
• collect and send email, SMS and push notifications;
• technical accompany webinars and download recordings;
• advise the team on technical issues and optimize processes.
