In connection with the expansion of the network of self-service coffee shop locations and the

need for systematic control of service quality and interaction with end

consumers, EasyVending opens vacancy - Manager of customer support

and partner support.

The main task of this role is to provide prompt customer support,

monitor the work of self-service coffee shops and collect analytics at

locations to improve service and customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Monitoring the technical condition of coffee shops through telemetry systems

• Processing requests from customers (assistance in the event of breakdowns, consultations, refunds)

• Coordination of personnel at locations (control of refilling ingredients, cleanliness

and service)

• Data collection and analysis: sales statistics, technical errors, dynamics

operations of locations

• Interaction with service engineers, logistics and accounting to

solve operational issues

• Support of adjacent units during the installation of new locations or

relocation of equipment

The basis of work - Involves a lot of communication and constant monitoring of indicators

on the monitor. Willingness to promptly respond to failures is required.

Requirements:

• Understanding of the principles of vending or customer support.

• Ability to work with admin monitoring panels.

• Communication and stress resistance.

• Confident command of Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, work with data)

• Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage

• Confident user of Google Workspace, messengers and cloud services
