Sales Manager (Product Owner) in Join.To.IT

We are looking for a specialist who will be a key link between customers and the development team. A person who can help build a sales system, understand customer needs and transform them into clear tasks for the team, as well as participate in product development and its promotion on the market.

What you will need to do:

• Communicate with potential customers, make calls and accompany them from the first contact to the agreement.

• Identify customer needs and form solutions together with the development team.

• Participate in lead generation (cold outreach, LinkedIn and other channels).

• Present the product and prepare commercial offers.

• Collect feedback from customers and transfer insights team for product development.

What you need:

• Experience in sales or product development, preferably in an IT/startup environment.

• Understanding of sales, marketing and processes product development.

• Experience with cold customer engagement (email, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Ability to work autonomously, take responsibility for the result and communicate with various stakeholders.

• Spoken English from B2+
