Manager of customer segmentation and accounting (marketing) in Nova poshta

Responsibilities:

• CRM IS administration : data filling and updating, control over the timely introduction of planned indicators by other departments;
• Organization of the effective work of sales department employees;
• Formation of reporting (on the completion of assigned tasks, from the client base on requests and etc.);
• Collection, consolidation and presentation of sales data at the request of employees of the marketing and sales directorate;
• Support and consultation of employees of the sales department regarding the implementation of tasks set by management ;
• Supporting the approval of applications at the investment and budget committees;
• Development, approval and approval of administrative and regulatory documents (SOP, SOU, SOC, SOS, etc.);
• Maintenance of the Customer Database in the CRM system and processing of inquiries regarding the customer database;
• Processing of requests from managers and Clients to combine and unbundle the turnover of Business Clients, changing the main counterparty of the structure;
• li>Formation of target lists, creation of mailing templates for informing Business Clients about changes in the Company's processes, changes and implementation of new services, promotions, price changes, launch of international referrals, etc.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the relevant field of study and work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
• Knowledge of the basics of legislation on the protection of personal data of Ukraine and European countries;
• Experienced PC user: IS CRM, Excel, Word, KUB, PowerPoint;
• Excellent knowledge of the basics of office management and conflict studies;
• Analytical mindset, attention to details, desire for professional development;< /li>
• The ability to work both in a team and to act as an independent performer (manager);
• English language is not below the Intermediate level.
