We're looking for a project-based Art Director to lead a team of illustrators and animators, will develop the visual concept of projects and ensure high quality of execution at all stages of production. The ideal candidate has a sense of style, the ability to create unique images and effectively coordinate the work of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Development of the visual concept of projects: creation of style and general aesthetics of animated videos.
- Management of a team of illustrators and animators: assignment of tasks, execution control and quality support.
- Working on storyboards and visual references for conceptual vision.
- Collaboration with screenwriters and director to agree artistic solutions that support the content and atmosphere of the story.
- Quality control of graphic elements and animations for compliance style and client requirements.
- Coordination of work at all stages of production, from initial concepts to final rendering.
Requirements:
- Experience as an art director or in a similar position in the field of animation or design (minimum 3 years).
- Artistic vision , knowledge of composition, color, light and dynamics.
- A portfolio demonstrating a high level of artistic and design skills, a variety of styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in basic design and animation programs (Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator, After Effects, Toon Boom or others).
- Team management skills and effective communication.
- Ability to adapt the style of the project according to the client's requirements.
- Creative approach and ability to work with different styles and genres.
