Main duties:< /p>

• Development and implementation of policies in the field of sustainable development and social responsibility, in accordance with ESG standards.
• Analysis and monitoring initiatives in the field of social policy in the national and foreign corporate sector.
• Implementation of programs and practices aimed at the development of diversity, inclusion and welfare of employees, taking into account research and best market practices.
• Preparation of analytical reports and recommendations.
• Collaboration with internal teams to implement initiatives that support social responsibility and sustainable development of the company.
• Organization of training and seminars for employees on issues of sustainable development and social policy

Our candidate has experience:

• Experience in the field of sustainable development, HR, social policy, research or analytics.
• Experience in market research and competitive environment analysis.
• Understanding the principles of sustainable development, ESG standards, their impact on processes and modern approaches (in social policy, CSR, HR, interaction with communities and the public sector).
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports related to social indicators.
• English B-2.
