Tasks:

• Search and analysis of potential candidates for vacancies in the company
• Conducting interviews and assessment of candidates for compliance with position requirements
• Maintenance and management of candidate database
• Development and implementation of strategies for attracting and retaining personnel

Requirements :

• 2 years of experience in recruiting
• Ability to independently find and attract talented candidates
• High communication and negotiation skills< /li>
• Knowledge of personnel selection methods and techniques
• Confident command of the Ukrainian language
