Manager of continuous process improvement in Lugera Ukraine

Hello everyone.

We are looking for Continuous Process Improvement Manager in an international company.

Our client is a Swiss multinational a corporation that has production facilities in many countries, including Ukraine. One of the world leaders in the production of insulating materials for the electrical industry.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and coordination of continuous improvement projects production, management and support processes at the level of the enterprise, divisions and workplaces.
• Implementation of Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen methodologies to eliminate inconsistencies and losses, increase the efficiency of operations.
• Support and training of employees in the application of continuous improvement tools.
• Performing process analysis to identify potential improvement opportunities.
• Participating in the development of new methods and approaches to business process improvement.
• Preparation of reports and presentations for management on the results of implemented changes.

Requirements:

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (LSS, Kaizen, 5S);
• Own Lean Six Sigma yellow belt;
• Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level.
