Your main tasks will be:

• responsible for the timely and high-quality implementation of measures for obtaining the right to perform construction works, initial data for the development of project and estimate documentation, checking project and estimate documentation, submitting projects to expert organizations, supporting expertise and obtaining relevant findings and conclusions, performance of technical supervision functions during the construction of UKRNAFTA facilities, documentation and participation in the commissioning of facilities completed by construction, ensuring the implementation of the legislation of Ukraine, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on construction, orders, orders, decisions of the UKRNAFTA;
• ensuring the implementation of legal relations with local self-government bodies, state bodies regarding construction, control bodies regarding industrial safety and occupational health and safety, control and audit bodies, involvement of project, research, expert, contracting organizations, approval of project documentation, functions of technical supervision during the construction of objects, verification of calculations of the cost of completed construction works, verification of acts of completed works KB-3, KB-2b and executive documentation, procedures for acceptance into operation of completed objects;< /li>
• ensure the preparation of design tasks, defective acts, construction schedules, contracts and execution orders construction and installation works, registration and support of applications forsupervision of works and services, acts of OZ-1, OZ-2;
• to control the implementation of the investment program, research, design, expert work, progress and quality of construction and installation works.

• complete higher education in the relevant field (master's degree, specialist);
• work experience in the field of construction for at least 3 years;
• knowledge of regulatory and other governing documents related to the activity of the construction complex, technology of construction production, functions of the customer in construction, principles of pricing in construction;
• skills in working with software MS Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, AVK-5; AutoCAD;
• availability of the SS-3 certificate;
• ordered documents, namely the existing military registration document in accordance with current legislation, a passport (unexpired) and others.
