Manager of construction projects (opening of new supermarkets) in EXPRESS market

What we expect:

• Experience in a position of 2 years or more (construction, capital repairs, reconstruction);
• Knowledge of building regulations and rules, technologies and methods of conducting construction work, ability to work with contractors.;
• Knowledge of the procedure for preparing construction objects for commissioning;
• Knowledge of the basics of designing and building public buildings;
• Understanding the requirements for grocery stores, industrial premises (space planning, requirements for electrical networks, ventilation, refrigeration equipment, etc.).
• Ability to negotiate with landlords, contractors, services and the authorities.
• Availability of a driver's license (category B) and a car.

What will need to be done?

• Assessment of the technical condition of the object, formation of the technical task for repairs.
• Organization and control of repair and construction works (planning, selection of contractors, compliance with deadlines, quality and budget).
• Coordination of connecting communications according to the plan (selection of contractors, compliance with deadlines, electricity, water, Internet, etc.), approval of technical documentation.
• Preparation of the facility for the opening: equipment logistics, ordering equipment and furniture according to the plan, organization and control over the installation of equipment.
• Communication with internal teams: marketing, HR, supply, IT, for complex preparation for the launch of the store.
• Handover of the object "turnkey" to the management and transfer to operational work.
• Reporting for each object: deadlines, costs, key stages.
