Monitor the completion of tasks and compliance with deadlines
Check the correctness of filling in the CRM system and internal reporting tables
Keep track of tasks and reporting in Excel, update execution statuses
Work with documentation in Word: instructions, regulations, working documents
Control compliance with internal processes, standards and regulations
Collect team reports and prepare short digests on the status of tasks
Communicate with the team regarding task performance, clarify details and promptly resolve organizational issues
