We invite a Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of construction, architecture or project management.
• Experience in construction project management for at least 3 years.
• Knowledge of construction technologies, understanding of construction processes (interior finishing works and new construction).
• Time management skills.
• Financial literacy for formulating commercial proposals and keeping records.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility for them.
• The ability to have quality rest. 

Main responsibilities:

• Construction project management.
• Development and implementation of plans projects.
• Monitor compliance with deadlines, budgets and resources for each project.
• Interaction with the team of builders, engineers and contractors.
• Ensuring communications between the team and the customer .
• Control and ensuring the compliance of projects with construction norms, rules and quality standards.
• Preparation of reports on the progress of construction.
