Silpo's administrative office invites to its team a Manager of interaction with state bodies (construction)!

Your main duties will be:

• models of documentary support for construction works;
• preparation of documents for obtaining permits (analysis of projects, proofreading of examinations);
• obtaining permits (certificates, declarations of commencement of work, control cards, etc.);

• conducting the coordination process (architecture, public works, national police, RDA, communal enterprises, etc.);
• formation of design specifications (simplified form); construction;
• participation in the budgeting process, work with primary documentation, formation of the payment schedule.

For work, you will need:

• higher education (engineering, construction);
• work experience in a similar position - from 3 years;
• knowledge of DBN, legislative and regulatory acts, construction standards;
• experience in communication with state structures (DIAM, BTI, architecture, etc.);
• experience in making compromise decisions in construction;
• confident user of MS Office, AutoCAD.
