Your future functionality:

• Identifying problematic aspects in bank processes, optimizing processes, increasing their efficiency
• Analysis and selection of processes for optimization (including robotization), work with Idea Portal, conducting projects on process optimization, ensuring results within the specified time frame
• Preparation of project reports, presentations on process optimization

Our candidate has:

• Understanding the processes of the bank, providing proposals for improving the processes, creating a description of the processes and their analysis
• Conducting working meetings to discuss and make decisions on project and problem issues
• Fluency in PC: Excel, Power Point Skills of creating presentations
• Ability to take responsibility. Orientation to the result.
• Self-development and initiative
• Desirable and will be an advantage: a good level of knowledge of the English language and mastery of Lean Six Sigma methods and practices
