We are currently looking for an Account Manager to bring even cooler results to our customer interactions.

For usvery it is important that you have:

• Work experienceat least 3 years in an advertising / marketing agency with corporate clients;
• Confident use of MS Office, Trello.

The following tasks will be in front of you:

1. Project management, including receiving a brief from the client, project development, its launch, support, control of achievement of the set goal (KPI) of projects, processing and evaluation of results;
2. Project team management, including setting tasks, coordinating the work of project teams, providing resources (information, documents, applications), control of the quality and deadlines of the work performed;
3. Daily communication with clients and contractors, organization and holding of meetings, presentations;
4. Preparation of client contracts and applications, work with contractor contracts (There are document templates);
5. Financial discipline: invoicing, transfer of documents for payment , monitoring payment dates, planning and budgeting: sales forecast by projects/clients, control and adjustment of the forecast;
6. Preparation of project reporting for the client, for management.
