The network includes 2,300+ pharmacies and over 12,000 employees in all regions of Ukraine. Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Analytics and Performance Management Manager.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• knowledge in the field of performance management, KPI and employee evaluation systems;
• experience in the development and implementation of performance evaluation systems;
• ability to work with tools for automating reporting and data analysis;
• experience in creating instructions and regulations for working with performance indicators.

What will be included in your duties:

• development and description of the system for calculating performance indicators for all levels of management;
• development of tools to help managers achieve set indicators;
• implementation of reporting systems for monitoring performance indicators and creation of dashboards for visualization of results.
