normal">Business Analyst, who will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements between the business and the development team.

What you will do:

  • Analysis of customer requirements and needs, description of the customer's business processes, customer survey, preparation of technical tasks for the client;
  • Formation of tasks and TOR (description, examples of screen forms and interface, conducting discussions) for development;
  • Conducting demonstrations and training of employees of other divisions, creating a change bulletin (Change Log, What`s new?);
  • Maintaining documentation (user manuals, descriptions of business processes, etc.) in an up-to-date state;
  • Participation in planning and prioritization, forming sprint goals;
  • Analyzing and putting forward proposals for improving solutions, business processes, products and services;
  • Monitoring changes in legislation and forming tasks to implement legislative requirements;
  • Expert support of adjacent units (training, consultations, preparation of internal documents);
  • Participation in marketing activities and events (preparation of materials for newsletters, publications, presentations, speeches at seminars, webinars, conferences).

  • Skills of collecting and analyzing requirements, identifying needs;

  • Interviewing and survey skills;

  • Requirement decomposition skills;

  • Skills in describing stories and setting tasks, knowledge of description methods and formats;

  • Skills of describing business processes, description methods/notations;

  • Skills of analysis and interaction with stakeholders;

  • Knowledge of the subject area (Electronic document management, logistics, supply, procurement);

  • Developed written and verbal communication skills;
