We announce a competition for the position of Manager of a social apartment (service provider).

Manager of a social apartment within the framework of the "Ukrainian public health foundation" is responsible for providing victims with access to temporary housing and receiving comprehensive services, coordinates the work of social apartment workers and interaction with other services, such as mobile teams, crisis centers and other organizations, to provide comprehensive support to the victims, is responsible for the material and technical support for the social apartment.

Goal of the project: improvement of physical and mental health of internally displaced persons, returnees and vulnerable local population, victims of the war in the Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Poltava and Zaporizhia regions of Ukraine, by ensuring fair access to basic health care services.

Term of project implementation: September 2024 — June 2026.

Place of provision of services: Dnipro, Poltava, Kharkiv, business trips around Ukraine.

Occupation: 100% (full).

Main tasks:

• Ensuring the effective functioning of a social apartment: organizing the process of identifying potential clients, ensuring the process of rehabilitation and socialization of clients according to the methods of the Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health".
• Management of personnel and control over the activities of social housing workers.
• Coordination and control over provision of comprehensive assistance to beneficiaries and case management beneficiaries of the social apartment.
• Execution of organizational and administrative functions related to the provision of various types of assistance to clients and the functioning of the social apartment in general.
• Control over the maintenance of primary accounting documentation for the project.

• Control over the condition of the premises, compliance with the rules of conduct, safety and privacy rules in the social apartment.
• Maintenance of administrative, financial, accounting, reporting documentation and relevant case management documentation of beneficiaries of a social apartment.
• Resolving professional issues that arise in the course of case management on the basis of innovative approaches during the provision of social and psychological assistance to beneficiaries of a social apartment.

• Protection, preservation, etcobtaining confidentiality regarding the beneficiaries of the social apartment in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
• Organization of meetings of the multidisciplinary team of the social apartment with the involvement of specialists who participate in the management of client cases.
• Planning, coordination and ensuring effective interaction with subjects of social work with families and children, bodies and services in children's affairs and special institutions for children, by state institutions and partner organizations.
• Coordination of data and information collection regarding the work of the social apartment, their analysis, preparation of monthly and other reports on the provision of social and psychological assistance to beneficiaries and other current activities of the social apartment.

• Analysis of performance of indicators and tasks of the work plan.
• Control over timely provision of the social apartment with the necessary equipment, consumables etc.
• Reporting on the work carried out within the framework of the project to the project coordinator and participation in the preparation of project reports for the donor.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in "Social work", "Social pedagogy", "Psychology", "Management" or other related fields.
• Experience in social work field in international and/or Ukrainian organizations (state or public) for at least 5 years.
• Flawless command of the Ukrainian language (both written and verbal).
• Experience in building partnerships at the regional and local levels, negotiation skills, tact and diplomacy.
• Experience in management positions will be a priority.< /li>
• Experience and expertise in issues related to combating gender-based and domestic violence violence, providing socio-psychological assistance to war victims in Ukraine will be a priority.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of social protection, compliance with the rights and interests of children, orphans, children deprived of parental care, family forms of placement;
• Proficiency in the basic suite of computer office programs MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) at a confident level user.
• Excellent skills in the preparation of documents, protocols, orders, programs, recommendations, conclusions and other documents that are conducted during case management.
