Public Broadcasting is looking for a Project Manager in the Diversity, Inclusion and Equal Opportunities Department

We are looking for a responsible and proactive person who has experience in project management and has worked with the themes of diversity, equality and inclusion. This role involves not only the coordination of the shooting process, but also the organization of events, presentations, internal activities for employees and external events.

Key functions:

• Organization of projects: coordination of shooting processes, planning and implementation of events (panel discussions, workshops, presentations).
• Working with DEI topics (diversity, equality, inclusion): creation of projects that highlight issues of gender equality, national communities, inclusion of people with disabilities, veterans, etc.
• Communication and partnerships: work with counterparties, partners, communities; search for new opportunities for cooperation.
• Administrative support: conclusion of contracts, budget control, preparation of reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• Work experience of 2 years or more in project management: successful implementation of projects in the field of media, social initiatives or organization of events.
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion topics: deep understanding and desire to work with these topics.
• Organizational skills: process management, control of deadlines and budgets.
• Communication and negotiation: the ability to find a common language with partners and the community.
• Creativity: the ability to find new formats for revealing topics.
• Skills in creating presentations.
• Higher education (master/specialist).
