Demonstrate: Support for Rehabilitation Centers in Ukraine
1. About the project
a project supported by the Czech Development Agency is aimed at enhancing the capacity of individual outpatient rehabilitation centers in Dnipropetrovsk region, Ukraine, Ukraine, to solve health problems caused by war. The project includes rehabilitation and sexual and reproductive health care for persons who have been injured in war and other vulnerable groups.
2. The purpose of the role
will provide a technical expert to provide high quality rehabilitation services and effective project implementation. The main attention will be paid to cross -inspection and verification of medical partners to ensure clinical standards and project goals.
3. Basic responsibilities
Consultation and Quality Guarantee:
Technical Support:
- To evaluate the situation and needs of outpatient rehabilitation centers (ARC) in cooperation with project partners. Provide compliance with national standards and standards of WHO.
- participate in the choice and purchase of medical and rehabilitation equipment. >
- Development and conduct of training for medical staff on methods of rehabilitation and treatment of patients, emphasizing multidisciplinary approaches. .
Monitoring and Assessment:
4. Qualification and experience
Basic:
- Medical degree. It is advisable to have a specialization in rehabilitation medicine, physiotherapy or related industries.
- at least 5 years of experience in clinical practice, with experience in rehabilitation services. .
- Familiarity with the context of ZDorovy in Ukraine, especially in post-conflict conditions.
- In-depth knowledge of the integration of sexual and reproductive health care into rehabilitation institutions.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills in English and Ukrainian.
Desirable:
- Experience of working with international humanitarian organizations or organizations of development.
- Familiarity with donor projects and reporting requirements.
5. Key results
- Comprehensive reports on the assessment of needs and shortcomings of the ARC.
- Evaluation reports on the quality of work and recommendations for project partners.
- Training programs and materials for ARC staff on rehabilitation and SRH services.
- Updated rehabilitation protocols aligned with national standards and standards WHO.
- Periodic reports on monitoring and evaluation.
6. Working conditions
The position requires flexibility to travel to project sites in the Dnipropetrovsk region and work in a dynamic post-conflict environment. The medical expert will coordinate closely with the project team and local partners.
