Responsibilities:

• management of complex projects on tax consulting, tax support of merger operations and acquisitions (M&A), as well as tax audits for large companies in a wide range of industries;
• assessment of tax risks and compliance with accounting requirements in accordance with current tax legislation;
• close cooperation with existing clients, as well as preparing proposals for potential clients;
• participation in public events, conducting webinars, writing professional articles.

Requirements:< /p>

• higher education in finance, economics, accounting, law or related specialties;
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in audit firms or in tax consulting practices;
• li>
• deep knowledge of the tax system of Ukraine, financial reporting standards; 
• general understanding of macroeconomic and microeconomic trends;
• excellent communication and presentation skills;
• ability to work effectively in a team and manage projects;
• fluency in written and spoken English.
