Partnerships Manager in Hello, Ukraine

International Charitable FoundationHello, Ukraine — is this a volunteer event? the unity of the IT community, which works hard every day to bring our victory closer. We work with several areas of aid: military, humanitarian and IT aid.

We are looking for partnership manager, who will help raise funds for the work of the Hello, Ukraine fund and charitable gatherings.

Responsibilities:

• Look for and form a base of partners and sponsors for cooperation with the fund .
• Turn cold contacts among businesses into permanent partners and donors.
• Process incoming requests from businesses and individuals.

Requirements:

• Experience in partnership management, sales or fundraising from 1 year.
• Understanding the principles of charitable foundations.
• Ability to analyze data.
• Communication skills , empathy, the ability to work in a team.
• Responsibility, attentiveness and independence.
• Aspiration to learn and develop in the industry.
• Ukrainian language — fluent, English — at Upper Intermediate (B2) level and above.

Conditions:

• Remote work format.
• Full/part-time employment (negotiated).
• Payment based on the results of the interview.
