Manager, head of the customer support and order processing department in the online store (Rozetka, Prom) in DyvoHome

We are looking for a head of customer support and order processing in online beauty and electronics stores.

We will ONLY consider candidates with work experience.

Requirements:

• internet experience -stores from 2 years
• experience working on Rozetka and Prom marketplaces (communication with Rozetka support, ability to process orders, work with reviews, questions and appeals)
• competent and pleasant ability to communicate with buyers in messengers and on the phone
• experience in managing and building processes for a team

Tasks:

• communication with buyers, partners and contractors
• creating and improving the processes and work of the support department
• monitoring the work of managers
• processing orders by phone and in correspondence (if needed)
• work with complaints and dissatisfied customers
