- protection of civil rights, including the right to decent work
- development of children and youth

Mission; improvement of partnership, support and implementation of social projects in the field of social protection, health care and protection of the rights of the most vulnerable segments of the population, including children in Ukraine.
The leading expert on children's rights will play the leading role a role in strengthening the organization's work at the national and local levels, ensuring the promotion and protection of children's rights in accordance with the organization's strategic development goals. This role includes coordination, technical expertise, monitoring and reporting, representing the organization in various institutions and networks, building partnerships and attracting funding to support key initiatives in social work, child protection and family wellbeing.
2. Objectives of the position
- Coordinate projects and initiatives related to children's rights, social services and health care, ensuring compliance with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Represent organization at national and local levels, as well as in all relevant networks and working groups, developing partnerships and enhancing its role.
- Ensure effective monitoring and reporting on results implementation of projects and programs, grants.
- Provide technical assistance and expertise to interested parties and partners in matters related to children and families.
- Support and develop the organization's efforts to attract funding for projects and programs.
3. Main responsibilities
Coordination and representation:
- Perform the role of key contact person on social initiatives in the field of labor and health health.
- Represent the organization in all relevant networks, coalitions, platforms and working groups at the national and local levels.
- Organize meetings, workshops and other events with partners and stakeholders parties.
- Preparationand coordination of grant support to local NGOs.
- Cooperate with other specialists and experts of the organization.
Technical assistance:
- Provide expert support on child rights, family welfare and social protection issues.
- Develop and conduct presentations, trainings and professional development seminars for various stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of policies and programs aimed at protecting children's rights and the well-being of families.
Monitoring and reporting:
- Participate in monitoring projects and programs in compliance with the requirements of the organization and donors, provide proposals for technical tasks and methodologies.
- Prepare detailed reports on program results, including quantitative and qualitative indicators.
- Analyze performance results and provide recommendations for improving implementation programs.
- Implement mechanisms for evaluating the effectiveness of projects and ensure their compliance with the organization's strategic goals.
- Provide information in the organization's annual reports.
Partnership and fundraising:
- Identify and attract potential partners, including government agencies, non-governmental organizations, international organizations and representatives of the private sector.
- Participate in training project proposals and concept notes to attract funding.
- Maintain and develop existing partnerships to ensure sustainable support for initiatives.
4. Required competencies
Education:
- Higher education in the field of social work, pedagogy, public administration, child rights or related humanitarian industry.
- Certificates of competency enhancement may be an added advantage.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the social sphere work, children's rights, pedagogy or public administration.
- Experience in developing and implementing various types of programs aimed at supporting children and families, social services.
- Experience in attracting funding, building partnerships and interactions with interested parties.
Skills and knowledge:
- Understanding legislation in the field of children's rights, social work and social protection .
- Skills presentations, facilitation, speeches and coordination.
- High level of analytical, organizational and problem-oriented skills.
- Skills for working in crisis situations and complex environments.
Other requirements:
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language. English at a working level.
- Readiness for business trips around the country and abroad.
- Dedication to the mission and values of the organization.
5. Expected results
- Regular reports on project progress and results.
- Documentation of partnership initiatives and fundraising activities.
- Training materials and workshops.
- Policy recommendations and technical support for stakeholders.
