• Responsible for the collection, systematization and analysis of quality indicators of grain, oil crops and their processing products.
• Develops tools and forms a quality control system for grain, oil crops, and their processing products. 
• Ensures constant updating of data on the quality indicators of grain, oil crops, and their processing products, with the aim of identifying potential risks.
• Conducts the analysis of the actual quality of shipped products - planned and accepted at the final receiving point.
• Organizes and takes part in the process of resolving disputed issues (arbitration) in terms of discrepancies in the quality indicators of grain, oil crops, of the products of their processing, including during the sale and execution of contracts. Submits requests to the complaints department
• Responsible for supporting documents (conclusion of contracts, payment of bills, reports)
