Requirements:

  1. Higher education in the field of economics, or management or other humanitarian areas relevant to coordination duties.
  2. Management experience or a knack for coordinating a team of 3-5 people.
  3. Ability to work with adults from vulnerable population categories and different needs.
  4. Willingness to learn and reflect on one's own professional development.
  5. Understanding of general mental health roles and their functions in the referral system.
  6. High level of empathy and benevolence.
  7. Understanding of safeguarding including management risks, redirection and security.
  8. Experience in providing or coordinating social support, preferably adults.
  9. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  10. Excellent documentation and time management skills.
  11. Good stress management skills and ability to regulate and manage own emotions.

Preferably:

  1. Experience of working in the humanitarian field.
  2. Experience of working with various stakeholders and partners.
  3. Experience of working with government institutions , as well as NGOs and charities
  4. Understanding the basics of Protection, Gender and Inclusion (PGI)

DUTIES:

    < li>Regular communication with the head of the regional organization in order to provide timely information about the key achievements and challenges of the PZPSP team on the ground and search for optimal solutions
  1. Ensuring cooperation with various organizations and state authorities for the high-quality implementation of measures of the project.
  2. Involvement of volunteers in activities in the direction of PZPSP with the aim of developing volunteer potential in the region and implementation of project activities.
  3. Supporting information coverage of activities on resources and social networks.
  4. li>Participation in project coordination meetings with NC specialists and other areas in the implementation of activities.

6. Planning, monitoring, evaluation, reporting on activities with the PZPSP

7. Carrying out a needs assessment with the PZPSP and further planning of project activities based on the needs assessment, including the schedule of the PSP activities.

8. Monitoring the progress of activities through regular visits to local organizations and locations where activities are carried out.

9. Control of the Project budget at the regional level and expenses according to budget lines, preparation of preliminary budgets in accordance with activity plans.

10. Implementation of psychosocial support activities in accordance with the project indicators, including monitoring of the implementation of indicators of activities in the PZPSP and timely filling of COBO forms.

11. Caring for employees and volunteers and developing the potential of teams

12. Organization of self-care and team self-care group sessions for employees and volunteers.

13. Participating in the selection of specialists from PZPSP according to the project (including participation in interviews).

14. Assessment of the training needs of specialists and volunteer teams from the PZPSP, as well as control of their passing of trainings, seminars, etc. educational activities.

15. Facilitation of live and online trainings and other educational events (workshops, informationtraining sessions, seminars, etc.) in the field of EDPS for employees and volunteers of the TCHU, as well as for the public, first-line specialists (including specialists in the social, medical, educational spheres, etc.) and partners in the presence of a trainer/instructor certificate and relevant recommendations. 16. Formation of a system of psychosocial support for employees and volunteers in the region.
