Deputy head in Stozhary ,TD, TOV

The company "Stozhary, TD, LLC" is looking for a qualified and responsible person for the position of Deputy Head of the online store.

What you will do:

• Coordination of the work of departments: sales, logistics, marketing, customer support.
• Implementation of new tools for automating the processes of the online store
• Development and improvement of processes aimed at reducing costs and increasing efficiency
• Making suggestions for improving the functionality of the site and implementing them
• Interacting with the IT department regarding the implementation of technical tasks
• Planning and tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Experience required:

• Experience in the field of project management or support of 2 years or more is desirable
• Creativity and the ability to approach solutions comprehensively problems
• High level of communication and leadership qualities
• Ability to work in a team and make decisions under stress
• Higher education in the field of management, economics or related
