Manager-coordinator for the development of training in rehabilitation in Odeska oblasna organizaciya Tovaristva Chervonogo Hresta Ukrayini

Requirements for the candidate:

• Medical education or education in physical therapy/ergotherapy
• Experience in conducting educational events (trainings, seminars) and development of educational materials (advantage).
• Ability to effectively communicate with various groups of specialists and adapt materials to their needs, excellent oratorical skills.
• High level of organizational skills skills.
• Readiness for business trips.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the development of training materials and information sessions on evidence-based rehabilitation.
• Conducting trainings and education to raise awareness of evidence-based rehabilitation in communities for all interested categories of the population (social workers, medical personnel, students, relatives of the beneficiaries).
• Regular training for professional development and TOT trainings from TCHHU.
• Establishing relations with potential institutions, institutions and community administration for conducting training together with the project coordinator.
• Organization of trainings (location search, provision of materials, procurement procedures).
• Assessment of the needs of the target audience and adaptation training programs in accordance with their level of knowledge and needs.
• Providing feedback to participants regarding their success and development of professional competences.
• Preparation of reports on conducted trainings and analysis of the effectiveness of training programs.< /li>
• Participation in the development of the strategy of training programs for rehabilitation.

It will be a plus:

• Practical experience in implementing evidence-based approaches in rehabilitation programs.
• Proficiency in English at a level sufficient to work with international sources.
