Account manager in Thingsboard

We are looking for a dynamic and communicative Account Manager to join our team :)

Requirements:

• 1+ years of relevant experience in positions related to customer support, account management, professional services or consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills< /strong> – a must.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in building strong customer relationships.
• Ability to assess customer needs.< /li>
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective interaction with team members and different departments company.

Responsibilities:

• Introducing new customers and providing recommendations during launch their projects.
• Management and support of existing clients, active participation in building long-term relationships.
• Consultations and presentations for clients .
• Consulting clients via electronic mail and video calls to ensure the best product experience.
• Introducing customers to our product portfolio and conducting demonstrations.
• Reporting on work performed .
