Tasks and functions of the position:

• Control of the display of trade and financial transactions in the accounting program on the segment under control. Prompt detection of errors and their elimination;
• Consulting personnel on the correctness of the display of accounting operations in management accounting. Help in setting up reports;
• Understanding of batch accounting of goods and practical skills of working with batches of goods (preferred);
• Periodic control of reconciliations of receivables and payables. Identification of problems (errors) and assistance to managers of the sales department in their elimination;
• If necessary, coordination of the accounting, warehouse, and sales department processes on the assigned segment;
• Experience of disaggregating costs and revenues of the period. Understanding the principles of reporting on financial results (P&L, balance sheet, Cash Flow);
• Formation of analytical reports at the request of management;
• Testing of improvements in the accounting program. Drafting technical specifications for programmers to eliminate identified deficiencies or errors.
