What will you do as a Product Manager/Product Owner?

• Unit Atlassian Apps is working on creating our own plugins/extensions, including: to Jira, which go to the Atlassian Marketplace, where they are available to a wide international group of users. We are currently looking for a person to take over the development of two applications:  Actions and Queues.

Who will you work with? 

• The product team you will join will consist of 11 people (Product Owner/Product Manager, Scrum Master, 4 Developers, 2 Testers, UX/UI Designer, Technical Writer and Customer Support Engineer).
• Additionally, you will be part of a guild of experienced Product Owners, consisting of 7 people. In this group, Product Owners exchange knowledge and implement initiatives to improve their processes and workshops.

• you can boast of:
• experience in working in Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban), < /li>
• the ability to create an inspiring vision of the product,
• the ability to pose hypotheses to be confirmed and create goals to be achieved,
• knowledge of conducting unstructured interviews with product recipients,
• freedom to use experiments in the discovery phase and hypothesis validation techniques,
• ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions and turn them into potential value for the user,
• readiness for trips abroad several times a year,
• English at a minimum level. B2/C1 (level of free communication in speech and writing).
