The MAUDAU CRM&Retention team is looking for an experienced Loyalty specialist who can support and administer development projects of the MAUDAU WOW CLUB Loyalty Program based on the "Own Account" program.
We are looking for a specialist who will develop this, generate and implement ideas for the implementation of the new "Loyalty Program" functionality, form the program strategy, monitor the main retention metrics and directly influence them, communicate with partners, draw up the program budget and more many other and interesting things.
Requirements
- Work experience of 2 years or more in a similar position;
- Work experience in e-commerce and/or retail;
- Experience of launching marketing activities in loyalty programs;
- Understanding the main metrics of Retention-marketing: FR, RPR, ARPU, AOV, LTV, TBP etc;
- Understanding the main metrics of loyalty marketing: Redemption Rate, Loyalty MAU, Loyalty Share, Loyalty Customer Rate etc;
- Experience in creating analytical reports on the activities carried out;
- Skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (or equivalent) at Senior or Middle+ level;
- Experience of working with cross-marketing activities;
- Experience of working with company partners (B2B negotiations);
- Understanding the basic principles of CRM systems and loyalty program systems.
Duties
- Generation of ideas to improve the "MAUDAU Loyalty Program" and their direct implementation on the site (full cycle, from scratch);
- Strategic planning and marketing activities of the "MAUDAU Loyalty Program";
- Creation of tools for extensive analytics of key metrics of the MAUDAU Loyalty Program in collaboration with our Data Team;
- Budgeting of the MAUDAU Loyalty Program;
- Interaction with external partners and with partners of the holding ("Silpo", "Own Account");
- Development of "road maps" of communication with the Guest as part of its interaction with the loyalty program;
- Development of initiatives to attract new guests to the loyalty program, development of initiatives to ensure outflow;
- Processing requests from guests regarding the MAUDAU Loyalty Program
Will be a plus
- One year or more of experience with CDP ESputnik or SAP CRM will be a big plus;
- One year of experience using Google Analytics;
- Experience of independently creating client segmentation algorithms and implementing these segmentations on an ongoing basis;
- Experience with customer base personas, clustering and predictive ML models;
- Technical understanding of the main data exchange protocols between the site and CRM-, CDP-systems (API, Json, FTP) and experience in creating technical tasks for the development team from the stakeholder side of these systems.
