• Exercises and coordinates the operation of cogeneration plants
• Organizes and supervises repair works
• Ensures compliance with all occupational health and safety standards during operation and repairs
• Manages a team of engineers and technicians, distributes duties and monitors their performance
• Interacts with other units to coordinate work. Participates in the development of plans to increase electricity generation, including the preparation of technical documentation and project evaluation
• Conducts the analysis of trends and the latest technologies in the industry to adapt them to the current needs of the enterprise and to improve the efficiency of cogeneration plants

• Experience in a similar position in the oil and gas processing sector from 3 years
• Knowledge of the basic principles and processes of operation of cogeneration plants and electricity distribution equipment
• Knowledge of technical and economic and production planning methods
• Experience with 1C software, SAP
• Skills in Excel, Power point, O365
