We are inviting a manager ofloyalty and partnership programs to the team, who will help us strengthen the trust of clients and increase their loyalty.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and development of the loyalty program: customer segmentation, bonus systems, personalized offers, integration of the loyalty program in all customer contact points, performance analysis and optimization.
• Development and development of the client's personal account: concept, functional requirements, development of client interaction scenarios, integration of the personal account with CRM and the program loyalty, analysis of user behavior in the office.
• Partner programs: strategy, search and attraction of partners, formation of partner packages, negotiation and support of partners, analysis of economic efficiency of partnerships.
• CRM and customer analytics: working with the database, launching trigger communications, building scenarios of repeat appeals, analytics and cooperation with marketing on implementation loyalty-mechanic in communication.

Requirements for the candidate:

• From 2 years of experience in the field of CRM / loyalty programs / partner marketing.
• Experience in launching or managing a loyalty program (B2C or B2B).
• Understanding the customer journey.
• Work experience with partners: negotiations, conclusion of agreements, execution control.
• Analytical skills (work with indicators: retention, churn, LTV, conversion rate).
• High level of responsibility, communication, analytical thinking.
