Unlike competitors who are only engaged in assembly, ARAMIS has its own research and development (R&D) department, full-fledged production, an extensive service network and a unique training center "ARAMIS Academy". Our 29 years of experience and certification (ISO 9001:2015, CE) allow us to create innovative products such as linear motor machines.

We are looking for a strong Senior Marketing Specialist to take responsibility for brand promotion, lead generation and building the company's image as an industry leader.

Expected result of your work (Product positions)

  • Image: Developing the image of ARAMIS as an industry leader and professional in metalworking.
  • Sales: Increasing sales volumes.
  • Leads: Generating enough qualified leads for the sales department.
  • Efficiency: Warming up the target audience to reduce deal closing time and increase the percentage of successful deals.
  • Loyalty: Increasing customer LTV and forming brand loyalty.

 Key responsibilities

Strategy and Management:

  • Development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy.
  • Formation, coordination and control of marketing budget.
  • Team management: setting and monitoring tasks of the SMM specialist.
  • Management of contractors: coordination and control of the work of contractors (SEO, SEA/PPC, designer, programmer).
  • Positioning ARAMIS as an innovative manufacturer and industry expert.
  • Strategy development and implementation export.

Content and Administration (Self-employed):

  • Writing texts: Creation of expert and selling content (blog articles, texts for email newsletters, posts for social networks, descriptions for the site).
  • Site management: Independent administration of the company website. Content updating, publication of news, articles, case studies (WordPress).

Digital marketing (Management and Control):

  • Development and control of the implementation of Digital strategy.
  • Control of the effectiveness of SEO promotion and attraction of organic traffic.
  • Independent development, launch, management and optimization PPC campaigns (Google Ads / SEA, Performance Max).
  • General control of the effectiveness of all lead generation and traffic attraction channels.
  • SMM management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) together with an SMM specialist.
  • Development of e-mail and Viber mailings (trigger, warm-up, situational).
  • Reputation management in search engines (SERM).

CRM-marketing and Analytics:

  • Strengthening of CRM-marketing and automation (working in Bitrix24).
  • Developmentstrategy of repeat sales and promotion of additional equipment to existing customers.
  • Deep competitive analysis and target audience research.
  • Setting up and analysis of channel effectiveness (GA4, Looker Studio).

Trade marketing:

  • Preparation and participation in specialized exhibitions (in Ukraine and abroad).
  • Providing the sales department with the necessary marketing materials materials.

Candidate requirements

  • Experience in B2B (preferably in industry, mechanical engineering or with complex technological products).
  • Experience in coordinating the work of contractors (SEO, SEA, design, development).
  • Systems thinking, strategic planning and budgeting skills.
  • Mandatory technical skills:
    • Experience with Meta Business Suit, Google Ads.
    • Analytics: GA4, Looker Studio (or PowerBI) - required.
    • CRM: Practical experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (preferably experience with BITRIX24, Sendpulse).
  • Content and design:
    • Excellent copywriting skills (in Ukrainian).
    • Site administration experience (CMS).
    • Canva, Adobe Photoshop — will be a big plus.
  • Knowledge of languages: English — at a level not lower Intermediate.
